I wonder at some point if humans could have carried bombs, as we had those bomb carrying animations for Soldier. Looks like you can't anymore, the bomb probably just fades away or explodes now when dropped.

Nah, I reckon the robots just share the same animation file as the human players. Explaining the fire death and demoman running animations.

I'm thinking the boss robot is Tobor, which would be Gray Mann piloting a big freaking robot suit.
