Yeah, fire rate attributes don't work on the Grenade Launcher at all.

Oh boy. I bet there will be an exploit that makes it possible to use them in a different game mode.
I would rather have either a MvM unique loadout slot or an item slot entirely for canteens so you don't have to worry about switching out between gameplay affecting and cosmetic items in loadouts when switching gameplay modes.

I have what I think is a really good tactic. Get a medic with krietkrieg to take the share canteen effect upgrade. Then, get him to buy the uber canteen and voilà, you have a ubering and krietzkrieging medic!
