I think it depends on how all the mechanics work.
I'd suggest using the Diamondback. If assists with sapped robots count, you are going to have a lot of crits in which to try and take down giants with. Spycicle, if the bots sometimes detect backstabs regardless of the 'silent' attribute of some other knives the icicle should give you a little extra time to run away if a pyrobot torches you for it.
Cloak is your choice, but since bots are fooled by disguises you probably have a lot of flexibility. I suspect, as it stands, current Spy MvM metagame will be running around disguised and sapping as much as you can get your hands on, then unloading Diamondback crits into giant robots (though backstabs are said to be really effective if you upgrade the knife).
This is all just speculation though.

I just hope I can run the new gamemode nicely. If I recall correctly, playing against bots drops my fps for some reason. I don't want to imagine what a 32-slots server full of bots can do to my computer.

My guess would be that one of them would be longer effect on allies, because it seems class specific upgrades are all about giving effects to allies.
