That makes me think, how about a syringuegun that makes the ennemy get slowed down? When I use my syringue gun has a medic, most of the time it's because my patient is dead and the ennemy is now focusing on me. Slowing them would make for an easier escape! Unless I don't understand what you're talking about...
The beta needle gun [from the Uber update] had a slow down effect, it was over powered and would allow the medic to kill anything besides a heavy
Maybe to avoid that Money stealing shit, Valve will make it so all teamates share the dough and have the rationate it in order to get more team based thinking.
I think making it so you can only pick up cash from bots that you kill would make the most logical sense. Now that I think about it, this cash system is going to be a major pain in the ass for engineers. It forces them to leave their buildings to go collect it. That's dumb. Especially if they're on a high up ledge that you can't just jump up.

For those who are unaware, depressants are a form of drugs that slow down the body. (Dats de joke)
So, any news on when the 3rd day's info is released? I hope it's not 7 PM like last night.
Theres been some rumours and info going around the update is going to be released early. The time ranges (In GMT) are from 7pm-10pm.
would bleed effect weapons damage robots?
would bleed effect weapons damage robots?
As far as I'm informed, it works like on any other player. I'm not sure if they get a custom "oil drip" animation, though.
would bleed effect weapons damage robots?
That's what I've always wondered. Would they bleed money?
would bleed effect weapons damage robots?
they would bleed oil :v: actually that would be really neat
would bleed effect weapons damage robots?
they probably will, just to keep the bleed weapons from being useless
would bleed effect weapons damage robots?
Yea they leak [del]oil[/del] blood
I'm a good scout and I always want to take care of my team, especially the Medics
Yes, but you should be aware that the Scout is a very common introductry class to F2Ps, and let's just say they aren't as remorseful.
I'm only hoping if they do go down the route of "everyone shares from the pile" to not make it base on damage given/kills. *sees medics being shafted*

Guys http://www.teamfortress.com/mvm/coaltown/ The framed picture of Saxton Hale looks like a 3D model to me. I don't think valve would model something they could easily draw for no reason.
jesus when??
I cannot express how late you are.
517+ viewing the Team Fortress 2 section. For what? NOTHING BUT MEANINGLESS SPECULATION! Allow me to add to it. I always thought that what variation the canteens were missing was an increased money boost that allows you to multiplay money collected for a set time per boost. That's it. I cannot wait for this update to hit!
okay so ive been prepping the hype train. tonights the night guys

Fletch has more info for server ops:
MOAR IMPORTANT FACTS! The MvM in-game voting system restricts the options given to players to change the map or mission. Similarly, PvP voting restricts the options to what's in your mapcycle file. So... To host a PvP server: * No MvM maps in the mapcycle file. * Set tf_mm_servermode 1 (or 0) * Boot the server on a PvP map in your map cycle. To host an MvM server: * Make sure maxplayers is 32! * No PvP maps in the MvM mission cycle file. (More details on this file will follow.) * Set tf_mm_servermode 2 (or 0) * Boot the server on a MvM map in your map cycle. If you do the above, the server will essentially be locked in either one mode or the other, and players will not be able to switch. (Barring any use of rcon, etc.)
Just a theory of mine: The "CRSK" slot will be below the melee slot in your backpack (making it four slots on each side), it only appears/can be used in MVM and you equip the canteens in that slot. You guys know the missing canteen on the day 2 page? maybe that'll be some sort of grenade canteen, with a grenade for each class like somebody else posted here.
