Must have skimmed over that. Still shouldn't have been a ban in the first place when Ned has been doing this for the past 4 or 5 threads (usually with me being the one requesting the lock since I know the moderators better than he does). I'm guessing that Ned didn't request a lock this time and that's why Orkel saw it as a snipe.
