It's only really parody if they do something unique with it. I know the guy who owns the copyright to the cool/troll face was threatening to sue people over selling it.

I've heard that Deadly Premonition is also so bad it's good. I don't know if it's just because of the lip-sync, the acting, the gameplay itself, or what, but I don't find it bad at all.

I'm sure they'd get away with that, although I don't want to know who would buy that.
I'd assume that if it's redrawn/remade to be somewhat different (not using the copyrighted art) and it's not being sold for that copyrighted work but instead as a novelty, they could get away with it. So the Gecko screwing Flo is fine, since obviously they'd have to draw that and it was being sold as a novelty, not as a picture of the Gecko or Flo.
