So... In the newest Saxton Hale comic, Extinction (With EXPLOSION storytelling), he mentions he had Bob Hope killed. Assuming they're referring to the actual Bob Hope, that would place the end of the gravel wars on July 24, 2003. Assuming that every Saxton Hale comic is canon (because, if it isn't, then what is?), that would further reinforce the ability for Saxton Hale to have beat Steve Jobs in a fist fight.
However, one may also notice that the video camera Hale's assistant used looks to be from the 70s, and the cell phone from the 80s... This is entirely speculation. I'd wager that the Gravel Wars lasted through the entire 20th century, and ended close to the turn of the century, but that's also entirely speculation.
What do you guys think?
