Looking at the achievements...

Candy Coroner and Costume Contest sound reasonable enough.
Scared Stiff depends on how hard the ghost is to avoid, although I have to admit killing stunned players makes me feel like an ass.
Attack O' the Lantern sounds really annoying. Who would be stupid enough to stand next to an exploding pumpkin?
The Ghibus Grab is a really cool idea. I just hope the people with Ghibuses are nice enough to play Heavy on Harvest.

They haven't been given out yet. It's the exact same thing as what happened with the medals.

They should start showing up once the update comes out, whenever that is.

Its a special version of the map, and he is dead. Unless he comes back to life he'll probably be there forever...

Uh... we will have the map saved to our folders... as long as it doesn't get overwritten, it'll be here to stay. Or, the original mapmaker may ask Valve to release the map as a separate entity, which I'm sure is the likely course of action.
