You get the Gibus from that achievement, and the Paper Bag from the candy achievement.
You can wear both on as many classes as you so desire, and the paper bag has different icons on it for each class.
I got the new hat a few minutes after (delayed from the website, didn't get the achievement)
Need 7 more pumpkins, saving that for tomorrow
I have two Gibuses, for some reason, and one bag hat and a medal.
