Why does the KOTH_Harvest_Event map lag/freeze soooooooo much? At the start of the map, i'd get horrible fps from like 20-30, and then it gets to my normal fps, which is around 180-260.

I don't think so. If that was the case, it'd cause framerate issues all the time, not just the second time you load it.
