I would make it a neutral color, to avoid confusion
Yellow would make sense then, seeing as it's both practical in real life and from a game standpoint. And since the darts are full of piss.

actually, when you have the sleeper equipped, a pack of red/blue darts appear on your chest it's just better to team color them

The ambassador is the one weapon model I hate due to its overcomplexity thats called a mesh of wasted polys.
