No, but it looked all buggy in the paint preview window. It just looked BLU coloured, and on the Spy it's just the usual BLU/RED.

Hm, actually, now that you mention it it could be my beta skins I have installed. The Spy body vmts seem to conflict with alot of the hats.
EDIT: Scratch that it had a bunch of uneccesary item vmts with it
