I prefer Sourcemod.
Sourcemod's the biggest one so it probably has the most support and plugins.

The creators noted that was a coincidence.
Either way, Valve had to seek permission from 2K to allow them to use the model because of that coincidence, but Hellboy is licensed by a bunch of fat cats who'll definately want money or some other shit for it.
