That just means he hasn't updated the promo in 12 days :V:
He did, however, remove the part of the .vmt that selects the paint colour from all the .vmts I've looked at. Basically the paint improvement pack makes all changed hats white.
^Works for me. Big promo only for heads of the Emporium or big mods or something?

Fixed that. Also fixed the rainbow Derby Hat issue.
