For the Heavy:

It'd make me happy as a clam if someone could make it.
Also, it sorta fits with the Heavy's interest with American culture. (Like with the Football Helmet and Hound Dog)

I had it happen to me once. Since then, I have a backup folder of all my installed skins. The folder includes matereials, models, maps, cfg, scripts and some more.

I'm not sure I like the half-cloaked one at all.
I actually ended up changing the Wrangler icons quite a bit, they look pretty smooth in-game now. I'm probably going to re-remove the rockets I put back though.
The half-cloaked looks better than the normal one if you ask me.
