The Quaint Quallazaire mod for Spy reminded me... is it possible to replace Spy's cigarette? I've heard it was for some reason impossible... or only possible by keeping the cigarette there but placing the new model right over it or something... I'm asking because it gave me an idea... and although I'm no modeler, if the idea is possible I would perhaps like to try it myself one day if I learn to handle a modeling program.
Updated the Improved/Fixed Weapon Sounds pack. Compatible with recent TF2 updates and the Powerjack no longer makes the axe chop noise! Car batteries are supposed to go *THUD*, Valve, not *SHINK*. Also it's included in his facial animations, I hoped skinning the Quellazaire to the "prp_cig" bone would make it animated, but the cig is animated in the same way as the rest of his face, and I have no idea how to mod that.

I've got the rocket launcher recompiled with 4 skins (RL Red, RL Blue, RJ Red, RJ Blue) ready to upload when I get home though, if you want it. You gotta use visuals_red/blue though or it will always be red/blue. Or you can just have 2 skins and use the w_ model as the v_, but it's noticably low quality.
