Nadda, What that does is it takes all objects, including bones and rotates them 90 degrees on their own pivot. Instead of rotating them all on 1 world pivot like it should :P

Looks like it's not spreading it's self out right or the light source which its basing off is setup wrong.
Also Dach, if you're seeing this, I'll have the plasma done by this weekend.

Are those completely flat planes? I don't think things back AO unless they have at least some depth. Or you're possibly missing backfaces?

Revisiting my Snow Hat for pyro to be paintable and to make it replace the Napper's (fuck yeah).

I've decided on keeping the yellow/orange stripes unpainted (look ugly otherwise). But what part should be painted (more)? The body or the "rim" (thicker part on the bottom) and top?
Agree for body, disagree for rim and top. Not doing both because they're different in colour so I can only keep one the original colour when it's unpainted (due to painting system also painting unpainted stuff).

Yeah they're planes, I've not managed to get a decent AO bake out of max yet, can someone show me their setup for it?

Nope, it's the third hat that got ingame that looks VERY similar to mine, after the Tricorne (Drinking Hat became Raincatcher though) and Mullet (Casanova).

That's a screen of the version I made more than half a year ago. Only redoing texturing for paintability purposes, then recompiling the motherfucker to replace Napper's.
