I've been speaking French for 11 years and I've spent 8 years in France, and I can tell you it means the same thing, in French. Those are no more than synonyms.

It's been translated as something that translates as "The Foreigner" (O Estrangeiro) here in Portugal, and it sounds way more fitting in my mind, but doing some research, you guys are right, both are possible translations.

Informated day, also, I like the Harvester replacement for the Axtinguisher, doesn't fit so much with soldier tbh
