I'm mostly trying to get people's opinion on the visual appearance of trigger guard vs no trigger guard rather than worrying about clipping at the moment. Seems like a lot of people prefer the trigger guard, which surprises me. I was expecting people to prefer it without the trigger guard. In which case I guess I'll keep it since most people seem to prefer it.

I don't know how to explain it, but isn't that a little silly? I don't know, but if I shoved 2 pieces of wood on a manly bomb, I don't think I would add a trigger guard. That'd be the last thing I'd ever do. On the other hand, it can add a lot of humor, because well, safety first. You really need a trigger guard to be accurate, when firing rockets while holding an enormous bomb. :v:

Hey, I'm new here so sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place: I'm making a custom hat model to replace the gibus and I've gotten the model to work in-game, but the texture doesn't work and it just uses the black+purple checkerboard texture instead. If that doesn't work, are you sure the VMTs are in the [B]materials[/B]/models/etc folder? If so, then that's all I can think of. Also, you can probably rename your model to something besides pyro_domination.dmx.smd without anything going wrong (the .smd file I mean. Not the .mdl) Just might make it slightly easier.
Uhm, just wondering why my items_game.txt was removed from my game directory. I was using the file for the Rocket Jumper. Did they update the file or something?
I just hope that Valve changing everything to C-models doesn't reduce the quality of the weapons too much. The Scattergun and Flamethrower viewmodels look a lot nicer than the FAN or Backburner, for instance.

I didn't find this by searching, so a quick question: Do the killicons still work in sv_pure (HUDs do, but I'm not sure if it's part of that)?
sv_pure 1 they should, sv_pure 2 they won't.
And do they disappear then or just revert to the default ones if they were replaced by a pack? I play some competitive, but can definitely live with the latter option.
