Same here. Funnily enough only the Casanova and Snow Hat are missing so I'm guessing it's because the Mullet and Napper's are ingame?

I got it too, and things are missing from my list too.
Incidentally, I appear in Daimao's agreement for the vitasaw AND the frenchman's beret. Valve got things seriously mixed up.
