Imo, it makes more sense for the coins to be health and the water bottles to be ammo.

I'm just going to go with coins being health because that's how it works Super Mario Sunshine in the first place.
Yellow is small medkit, blue is medium medkit, and red is big medkit of course.

It's usually one health unit thingie for yellow, two for red, and five for blue.
Hm, I was thinking that because of it's rarity at first, red coins only being for particular stages and all, but it actually makes sense in SMS since you use the blue coins to get shines.

Why cant the Red coins give a set health and ammo to the RED team and vise versa with the Blue coins on the BLU team? The yellow coins max ammo for both teams?

Sound effects are probably a no no for this map oh well
Actually sound effects are possible but the problem is i'd need to dig though thousands of vaguely named audio files to find what i need. [T]http://i.imgur.com/An7NT.png[/T] I did manage to find some ambient wave sounds which I now have playing in the background in the map though.

No they aren't but it's not very hard to get them into source. Edit: Actually the program I used to unpack them converted them to 16-bit wavs so the only thing i'd need to do is resample them to 44100 Hz for them to work in source.

The wave sounds are just waves crashing. I didn't find the seagull sounds yet.
Anyway I can help on the search? i may need some of these sounds for different projects
Do you have a rom? If you do I could tell you how to extract the sounds. I don't really want to upload all the sounds because it might be considered warez.

All the audio files are in the folder Disk/AudioRes/Banks but they are packed in .aw files. To unpack these files you will need wwdumpsnd ([url]http://hcs64.com/files/wwdumpsnd04.zip[/url]) and JaiInit.aaf ([url]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/54317910/gc/JaiInit.aaf[/url]). Place both of them in the same folder where you extracted all of the .aw files then run wwdumpsnd.

The seagull sounds are what I really want right now. Also I might just use the yellow coin sound effect for all of the coins.

Also I might just use the yellow coin sound effect for all of the coins.[/QUOTE] Okay good news/bad news, Bad news is that I went through EVERY sound in the directory, couldn't find seagulls, it could have been one of those garbled up ear rape sounds,(corrupted)? good news is, the Mario Sunshine Main Menu has seagulls but also has the ocean sounds as well, so perhaps rather than 2 seperate tracks for seagulls and ocean just use this one?
