Why does people still sell the Tuxxy for three or four keys when it's four euros in the store?
I'll never be able to get one via trading, gosh.
So, after a discussion with a mate on another forum about BluRay v. DVD in a gaming format, I've come to the conclusion:
Consoles need to return to cartridges rather than discs.
Why?
Because it's just plain better, in every possible way.
Capacity:
DVD, 17.08GB maximum (Dual layers, double-sided), Blu-ray, 100/128GB maximum (Triple-layered BDXL)
Flash memory, 256GB (Well, it can go up to more, there's 1TB SSDs that use flash memory, but 256GB is the most I've heard of in a size suitably compact for gaming purposes).
Data transfer speeds:
DVD, 265.92Mbits/s maximum (with a 24x speed drive), Blu-ray, 432Mbits/s maximum (Currently, 12x speed drive. It's likely the technology will improve later though)
USB 3.0, 5000Mbits/s.
So, ditch the disc format, make flash-based cartridges with a proprietary connector (Gotta stop that piracy :downs:) that functions as fast as USB 3.0, everybody wins. No more disc switching, no more mandatory installs, hell, you could even save progress/download patches and DLC to the cartridge rather than the console, so if you do switch consoles later on (ie: your console breaks, so you get a new one), as long as you've still got the game, you don't have to redownload stuff and re-do all your progress.
The biggest problem with a cartridge-based format would be the expenses. They're costly to make en masse compared to discs, and a bit more difficult too.

You will, you just need to trade money for it.

Because traders are cunts, and apparently keys are only worth $1 because that's what traders sell them for through PayPal.
If you've got stuff worth 2 keys, I could buy a Tuxxy from the store and trade it to you.

True, but I'd say the advantages (For both the consumer and developer) outweigh the costs.
What do you guys think of another Team Fortress charity?

That sentence sounds like someone chopped it up with a kitchen knife and threw it in a blender.
Anyone that would save one of these from science?

Don't worry, you'll do fine, just don't get nervous during the interview and everything will go swell.

And this morning someone scolded me for being lazy and not having a job
I seriously hope i get the job, it will be just for the summer, but I want to show everyone I'm not a lazy piece of shit :v:
After a few days of not wanting to work, Scribblenauts Unlimited started working yesterday. I didn't get much time to play it, but boy oh boy was it fun. So much better to be able to type the words instead of tapping on a touch screen slowly every time. Cuts the time it takes to summon items to 1/6 or less.
Also I love the Cockfighter.

Well, now you got your first step done: getting the interview, the first sign that means that you are interested to work and not being lazy.
Just during the interview do as they say and keep it formal: that way, they will note that you have an interest to work there. Plus, summer jobs are a nice way to start and easy to get involved in quickly.
And you will get the job in no time, just keep it cool during the big day and wait for them to call you.
Me and Calle (rip) riding through the streets of Steelport. Everything else is self-explanatory.
Saints Row 3 is just the funnest game to co-op, and many laughs were had, especially when we got our shit fucked while being chased down by gangs and cops. :v:
