The splinterry wood gets snagged on the pyro's gloves and he needs blood to use as lubrication to free it. Personally, as a pyro main who nearly never uses it, I think it's fine. Valve should work on balancing the annihilator, fire axe, and third degree (when not playing MvM) first.

Step one to balancing the Third Degree:
Not making it a direct upgrade to the axe.
Step two:

The way I see this is that there are two cycles of class balance, not just the one:
[B]Scout[/B] > [B]Demoman[/B] > [B]Engineer[/B] > [B]Scout[/B]
and
[B]Sniper[/B] > [B]Heavy[/B] > [B]Pyro[/B] > [B]Spy[/B] > [B]Sniper[/B]
Soldier isn't in these since he's the biggest generalist and Medic isn't in these since he's not really a combat class. If you wanted to make this look nice you could put a triangle inside a square or something.

but the end result is just a barely different version of the images he copies
you could just arrange the images as they were in like half an hour with photoshop or something

No, you delete ClientRegistery.blob, and Steam will automatically download a new one if you exit out and restart Steam.
