God dammit, Steam Overlay was working just fine 2 days ago, now I got that damn bug and I can't use it. What was the temporal solution? Use another combination instead of Shift+Tab?

Typically it should start a fresh gameoverlay.exe. Unless it doesnt start up at all when you open TF2?

I found that simply installing the latest Steam beta fixed it.
