They've been there since it launched

That brings me to my question! Is there some special site that shows every public backpack that has certain unusual hats or something? Or all of these people manually finding my profile and going through my shit?

I'm pretty sure many websites has the option to look for a specific item, like a hat with a specific unusual effect and who owns that hat.

We will need more people too. We need to finish 1 or 2 Christmas maps and with 2 players may be hard.
