No way.

You'd never be able to get a decent pair of shoes for $90, mid-range shoes are always crap.
Either get cheap, long-lasting ones or pay much more for quality construction. I own two pairs of shoes, some $20 volleys that have lasted me for about 5 years now, and a $300 pair of leather boots that are the most comfortable and durable shoes I've ever had.
