Excellent: Bazaar Bargain
Good: Hitman's Heatmaker
50/50: Sniper Rifle
Bad: Machina
Terrible: Sydney Sleeper
Of course, I'm leaving out the Huntsman because that's an entirely different story, but for me, I use the Sydney Sleeper.

I just use the stock, because I can't stand the thought of tracer bullets. Eugh. I like to snipe as secretly as possible. I can see why a lot of people would like the Heatmaker, though.
I don't like the Bazaar Bargain because it's high risk, low reward. It takes like two or three headshots in a row just to make up for the loss of charge, and if you use the charge to your advantage to bodyshot someone, you get a penalty.
Sydney Sleeper I use every once in a while, depending on the situation.
