The prices of keys were increased because people were taking advantage of others selling Halloween items before it ended (Or something like that). Seeing as it's the TF2 Economy, the price won't decrease.

That being said, we should all post individual trades selling keys for 1 refined each. Seeing how idiotic most traders are, they'll believe it's the new set price.
Bam, cheaper keys, economy saved.

Just saw Skyfall, I highly recommend it. Especially if your an old school bond fan, it had a lot of homages and the common bond tropes (in a good way). Also that raffler never delivered.
