As for training, be a wanker and exclusively use one weapon until you feel you're best with it. I've seen Demos give up the amazing GL just because it's easier to sticky spam.

It was the first Strange Pyro Primary I got.

For some reason, I feel weird not using Stranges now. Theres only a handful of non strange weapons I use now.

Meh, I don't really care for stranges that much, a friend of mine said he needed to get me a strange degreaser because I probably get a lot more kills with it than other people using it do, but frankly I don't see the point, I already have a named one.

I like being able to track things like Allies Extinguished, Kill Assists and Ubers used. I think its nice to be able to show off the fact you do like to help your team out.

I don't know, I'm already good at pyro, and everyone I play with knows it, I don't need some number to prove it.

Besides flare shots cause shock and awe in it self sometimes.

He was talking about giving the TF2 Pyro the shotgun that works in the same way as the KF's trenchgun.

Yes, but the justification for the trenchgun is it's powerful enough replace the flamethrower, its very unlikely something like that would ever happen in tf2.

But maybe it's just me hating the idea of people wanting a shotgun to replace the flamethrower.

Well, the biggest grief of a trench gun would be revealing the location of cloaked spies, but that could be balanced by making the amount of pellets or damage affect how long the afterburn will last, or how much damage per second it does for example.
