I am seriously beginning to think that hat drops are entirely non-random. I get the occasional random hat but this is like the sixth hotrod I have found throughout my 2500 hours, and I have also found about 5 bonk helms.

i remember when i desesperatedly wanted a hotrod, and never got one though the multiple crafts/drops.
