People link to it, as has just happened, and people who don't know the difference between that and the official wiki or just don't know the official wiki exists still visit. Far as I can tell, it appears as the top result for a fair few searches, so you can't blame people.

Does anyone know if the Mutton Mann conflicts with either the medic's procedure mask or the medi-mask? I'm looking into getting another medic misc and I like those 2 the best but I want to wear my mutton chops too...

Actually, the seem to use the same equip region, I can't equip both my Muttons and Mask at the same time. And they clip if you use the glitch.
