Is flash good?[/QUOTE] flash is pretty cool but only if you have a tablet. this isn't some elitist junk either, it is legitimately bad if you use a mouse, the lines come out jagged regardless of how smooth your movements are. I would recommend Inkscape for vector drawings or Gimp for raster/image editing.
