Cave Story + is broken for me, randomly the sound fucks up.

I'm not sure if this a well known problem but I can't access my backpack/store in TF2, this has been happening for days. I can access my backpack from Steam and from sites like TF2Outpost.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
EDIT: Also can't access MvM =[ It seems my game is just disconnected from Steam servers :/

The TNT handgrip doesn't make much sense, and the muzzleflashes in-game and heat from the shots would probably blow Pyro's hand clean off.
