Would anybody use/like the Soda Popper if it slowly lost hype at about the same rate as it builds when you have a different weapon out? It would prevent building it up just to unleash it instantly for minicrits, making it take a bit more skill to use effectively. Also I just realized that the "hype" is running around and jumping with a can of soda making it fizz up, which might kind of explain how the gun works to some degree.
