Even if you manage to destroy it, it takes seconds for the Engie to put em up again.
Basically, in wide open maps, they can be a huge strain on movement.

Ah, yeah, I can imagine that being annoying. I usually only rocket jump to get to high up spots and not to travel since I usually push forwards in a group so I don't experience that that often, but I know how it feels to get flung backwards mid rocket jump by a Heavy so that's probably similar, albeit more deadly.

The X-Mas 2010 Achievements have "[2010 X-mas]" at the beginning of their description. Those are the ones you need.
