You know, you have wasted at least 5 scrap+36 weapons (which again equals 18 more scrap) trying to craft by tokens. Using that metal, you could've traded for the ingedients for the actual recipe. Or youcould have traded for the weapon.

Festive ambassador does look pretty neat with the new colour, though. I wouldn't mind getting one.

Yes. You could've checked the wiki to see if it has stats.
Anyway, the idea for the weapon is good, buuuut... it just doesn't work our very well in my opinion. I mean if you can hit enemies with grenades, you might aswell use the default Grenade Launcher or the Loch-n-Load, far more damage. A well aimed pipe at the feet also knocks back enemies.
