There's no way for the UI to support 2 vastly different alt-fires at once. Either the bomb launcher would not have the manual detonation or the shield would not have a charge ability. Remember that both stickylaunchers and shields can have their alt-fires triggered regardless of which weapon is active.
Either the shield would be a cosmetic add-on that [i]appears[/i] to reflect the attributes in some way (damage resistance or something), or they create an entirely new mechanic to accommodate what is essentially 2 weapons such as the alt-fire changing effect based on if the weapon is active or not. Detonate when launcher is active, charge when launcher isn't active. It'd be a very crazy weapon to use if that were done. It'd need some hefty downsides to go with it otherwise you'd be able to hit someone with a stickybomb and then launch yourself at them with the eyelander and claim their head. Sounds fun as hell, though.

Well, I worked on the Summer Hat thing a little more, and decided to go with yellow instead of black for the flowers, to better match the default color of the whole summer set:

I honestly think they would look better if they had the normal orange\yellow instead of the pale yellow currently on the hats.

Cream spirit as a default color would be awesome, but I'd have no idea how to do it, it's set up to be the same color on both teams unless painted with Team based paints.
