I did a paintover to demonstrate how you should perhaps use darker/ lighter shades to add more definition to the texture.

I never liked stitches like that for tf2, seems to detailed to me, either make them huge like on the many halloween items made this year, or just make dark lines where the seams would go without having any visible stitching

I love the collar but it would be hard to make sure it doesn't clip with mask replacements, especially the Killing Floor one.

I'm so glad to see spy primaries with actual reloading animations. I use the stock revolver over my flashy, hey-look-at-this Big Kill just for the actual reload.
Anybody remember the original female Engie?

it might be a little odd but could the collar be
done with a custom head and it be a mask replacement?
although it would prob have different clipping problems
