As awesome/accurate/whatever as Disagree looks, that just looks so damn busy. If that was the only complicated part of the weapon then sure, I'd go with it - but being that everything from the bipod to the baseplate is so highly detailed I have to go with the simpler version, if just for the sake of the polycount. If you simplify the rest then I say go with the complex sight, but if you're keeping the body as is then use the second one.

Would be an interesting model for a mortar styled rocket launcher that fired one shot before reloading when not deployed and could be deployed to fire/reload faster or something; and it moved in an arc like mortars do.
I don't think you need the legs.

I really dislike the "Soldier is a moron he doesn't know how any equipment works" argument :/
Considering he's a hardened soldier, I'd think he could operate weaponry equipment with relative ease.
