So when I make a new item and then copy it into SFM's directories, why the fuck is it always invisible? :v: If I put it in /tf/ OR /usermod/ it always takes forever to show up and is usually invisible. What gives?

I've encountered this, it is extraordinarily frustrating and worse still very few people seem to know about it. I honestly don't know if there is a solution.
