Like what Rexic said, all of it looks too seperated from the suit, like its just floating ontop of it.
I decided to give the spy crab some sleeves so he looks more like a proper spy. Anybody have any other suggestions on how I could make this little guy better?

If you want to go crab, then make one claw bigger then the other. Like the one with the disguise kit.
Not all crabs have one claw larger then the other though.
Okay guys, rate this post zing for having a larger claw or optimistic for keeping the claws the same size.

Was just thinking, I think it would be cool if the spycrab, instead of just holding the disguise kit and knife, that he has three separate styles of holding just the disguise kit, just the knife, and maybe a sapper. What do you guys think?
Rate agree for yes, separate styles, disagree for just the disguise kit and knife, zing for just the sapper, or optimistic if you think something else would be better.

I saw that gun in a book once.
The book was called "The worst weapons ever made"
Pockets will be moved in, shoulder pads/lapels will be moved downward, badges are gone, r.i.p.

I think the belt should be lowered as well. It just seems a bit too high in my opinion

Tried that, any lower and it's practically off his suit. I imagine that'd look really weird during movement.
suggestion thing; NeoDement, make a style for the Crowd Control police baton where it's held by the side handle. That's a legitimate way to hold that style of police baton.

Would that look still make sense with the melee swing anims?
I'm thinking maybe I can make it a style to have the spycrab be carrying all the items at once (disguise kit, knife, and sapper on his back, like a little backpack) what do you guys think?

Well Soldier would look kind of funny because his melee animations assume that they're held pointing up. Demoman might work a bit better, though.

My buddy actually was the one who kinda sorta designed that guy. He suggested the idea of a hobo robo skin for carl while at uber, they liked it a lot and decided to scrap a hero they were working on for a full hoborobo character.
