Idea for 2 demoman miscs I had. First is the Funky Cuffs, which are the flared-out shirt cuffs. The Stallion's Medallion is the peace-sign medal. Both are meant to look nice with the Demoman's Fro. Sorry for the shoddy 5-minute MyPaint job, but we need a funk injection - fast!

The QC appears to be alright. Double check to make sure all the directories are there and that you didn't invert a set or skip one.

What I did to fix this was go into the VMT for the texture and put "$softwareskin" "1". Unfortunately you might have to do it for each and every item that has the black segments including props. Hope this helps.

Sounds like a "sweep it under the rug" kind of fix, I think you should try reinstalling/updating graphics drivers.

Oh I have, no luck. Plus it's not a big hassle for me. They never show up again.
You know, there needs to be miscs that go with the Sniper Shako.
Bone weights are a bitch, have only done the bottom half or so of the model.

You could make it paintable but the whole entire thing would be painted if you use gimp since you cannot edit the alpha channel in gimp, nor does gimp save targas with an alpha channel

Decided to scrap the arms. Too much clipping. And they looked kind of bad anyway. Opinons?
I still think you should have him sticking his hands/arms out of it, otherwise he just looks like a box with a face.
I also wonder if it would be possible to reference the game by making him more detailed and grotesque looking on far away lods and cuter and less grotesque details close up :v:
Though this is just random thoughts, not anything necessary.
