I keep trying to tell my friends about Night of the Living Update 2, and they always think that I'm saying that it's an OFFICIAL update that will add like 190 items. Then I have to go through the arduous process of explaining how skins work to them, and they always have the same reactions: "but only u can see it?" And then after a lot of coaxing them into the idea that it helps personalize your game to your specific tastes, they go to NotLU 1 and immediately give up once they either A. don't see items immediately in their faces, or B. see a wall of text that they need to read. I honestly don't understand why I keep adding people my age that I meet on trade servers... Oh, well, rants aside, good luck to everyone in the update! Even if only half of the items get in, I'd say it'd be the best update ever. Looking forward to the avalanche of Christmas items.

Hey, this might sound like a bit of a silly question, but does anyone know how to get the model files for the mercs from TF2 into Blender? I've got some ideas about misc. items that I want to work on, but without the models to work off, I'd be eyeballing it pretty hard, which would mean a lot of time wasted.

The problem is that I barely have fun making TF2 items anymore, and Halloween is about the only time of the year that I actually genuinely have fun making stuff. The game's gotten extremely boring for me and Halloween was the only thing to get me back into it. But then a second disappointing Halloween in a row is enough to put me off the game for good. So yeah I'm out.
