My friend thought that I should make a Clint Eastwood type set. So far this is WIP and the hat needs to be more interesting but I am pretty satisfied with the sarape. It is completely rigged. As for the beard, if I can't get the texture down, I might scrap it.

So I've had this idea on mind for a really long time:

I've been able to create a really rough .obj model of it in Sculptris, apart from that I have no idea about how can I reduce the model polycount (~1500 polygons) efficiently, make a texture file or adjust/port the model into TF2.
So, is it too silly or does someone think it's a good idea? :v:
