Finally an issue where I disagree with Simski! Yay!
I can sort of see Simski's point; Killer clowns are a horror archetype, and Pyro has the pudgy body and murderous-yet-slightly-childish demeanour to pull it off. However, the killer clown archetype belongs to an outlandish, colorful and kitschy category of horror franchises, which doesn't fit the tone, setting and color palette of (vanilla) TF2 and the Pyro very well. (Vanilla) TF2 is silly and unrealistic, but it's grounded firmly in a down-to-earth working-class aesthetic and the silliness is more or less subtly infused in the details. Killer clowns belong to heavy metal albums and other fundamentally fantastical contexts.
Also, the killer clown archetype is really played-out and cliché.
I think it would be best as a Halloween item, and I think the fact that it's "played out and cliché" is one of the biggest reasons it would fit, TF2 is based on recognizable stereotypes.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but aren't the TF2 characters based on archetypes that were considered to be that around the time the game is set, whereas killer clowns as an archetype arose in like the 80s?

True, but it's not like clowns didn't exist in the 1950-1960's just because they weren't a major stereotype. I also think Valve is a bit less strict when it comes to Halloween and Christmas items. I really did not hear this much complaining about the Terminator Heavy.
There's also the 1957 movie "Night of the Demon".
why is it always simski who's starting debates

Are we talking about clowns or killer clowns here? Clowns definitely existed in the 60s, but don't regular clowns symbolize the cute/wacky crazy that you don't want the Pyro to be associated with?

Finally, I'm casually negative to almost all halloween items. I don't complain about them because complaining about practically everything that gets made in a whole emporium would make me a giant douche.

If Halloween items didn't exist, I'd agree with you that it would not fit in TF2.
However as a Halloween item, it's one of the most fitting scary stereotypes for Pyro.
I'm having some weird problem with normals and baking my texture, if my normals are inside out, it bakes fine, if they are facing outward like they should, it bakes all dark and broken. Help?

You've got a lot of flipped faces. Go to the tools menu and select Recalculate under Normals
Can't you just keep on making awesome stuff and let Valve decides what fits the game.

Whats the file name of the atomic accolade?
Is the workshop kinda glitched up for anyone else? Two of the new items I submitted aren't showing up on my shared files, but they're still there on the workshop. And for some reason I can't change the background image on the collection I made at all. Shit's broken, yo.

That thing could use a lot of optimization, and you seem to lack sharp edges, don´t set it to automatic
Noizeblaze, would you mind reminding me why you're giving me negative ratings whenever the opportunity arises, again? I'm the first to admit I'm a very flawed person who does a fair amount of bad stuff, but I frankly have no idea how I managed to incur your wrath, specifically.
Okay then.
I should point out that I shall aim to be objective as possible, given that I shall merely present this as the truth as I see it. Naturally, people will disagree with me, but this is a forum and opinions come with a user base of this scale. I'd imagine you'd be the first.
To begin, your concepts are on the wrong side of generic. A lot of them can or have been done by other people. Flat caps are abundant as a TF2 mod for use, and knowing you wish for your item to be in game, what does your one bring to the game that it's features do not accommodate at present? A Baker Boy painted in After Eight serves as a good equivalent for your latest one. There are also plenty of flat caps in the workshop, and you have drawn several for various classes, regardless of whether or not they suit the personality of the class. As well as that, many of your ideas can be pitched in a few words. "A brick", "A gold snub nosed revolver", "a silver fork". We all know what a brick looks like, so who needs you to draw one? You should focus that energy on ideas that can be attributed to you, ideas that nobody else can think of. Make that brick one that nobody else would have thought of drawing.
In addition, you ideas can contradict common sense. The Medic backpack you drew, when people told you not to make a cosmetic backpack due to the rightly held belief that cosmetics must not interfere with readability. Valve might break these rules, but we should care and abide by them, especially when readability on such a level like TF2's is a selling point that few other FPS games can claim to have. You then followed this up by complaining about how some cosmetics interfere with readability in the game, such as the Anger with the Dashin' Hashshashin. Be consistent in your regard for the rules, because in that instance it made you look like a hypocrite in my eyes. Why should I trust you to design for me when you argue against hooded hats, opting to disregard distribution of colour, shape from the neck down, distinct voice acting and audio cues, and meta concepts like the extreme difference in how Spy and Snipers function in the game, and yet allow you to design a cosmetic backpack because "Valve does it", and not taking advantage of the potential for a new Medigun to suit it. The back is a large area for readability that should be exploited more, and it infuriated me that you did not use that potential.
I also wonder if you've actually played the game and have gleaned what it's actually like in terms of atmosphere. Few of your designs suit the character's personalities or the environments they are in, and probably reflect more your tastes in entertainment sources like literature and film. While author appeal is a trope that can lead to some great designs, it can also be a detriment if you're influenced by it too much and it doesn't seam successfully with additions to an existing franchise. I'm persuaded to the latter when it concerns you, given that you design many fanciful hats that do not look like they will be worn by most of the cast un-ironically. I do concede that once in a while, you strike gold, and I think that is a rare moment of you displaying an understanding how the game's universe works, at least compared to the other designs you have made.

Optimizing after unwrapping? that's uhm, different
hooch's fixed decompiler is giving me trouble, i have the six files for the accolade all set up, set to extract form there to another perfectly normal folder with nothing in it, whats wrong?
Optimizing after unwrapping? that's uhm, different
Guess he does it the same way everyone makes LODs, but ideally you should optimise the mesh before UVing it as it gives you more control over what you can do with the mesh as you're not worrying about having the UV change.
Fear of clowns is extremely common, and it's widely stereotypes on both movies and games. Clowns were created to be funny, but to most people these days, they aren't funny, they're creepy and scary.
Years of portraying clowns as this, alongside with that notorious serial killer who dressed up as a clown, has made most people more scared of clowns than amused
