Hey, if anyone wants to take a swing at it, they're more than welcome to tweak it however they like. I am in no way skilled enough to model, so my only way of contributing is coming up with concepts to get other people's brain juices flowing.

It doesn't clip? that's impossible, it's clipping now and he's looking straight.
And I don't believe normals are used to make something look like it is actually conformed to the person's face.

This mod makes me want a reskin of the spooky sleeves/shoes that has Tron lines instead of bones. Anyone reckon they could do that?
Well that was "marketing pose_002", which has his neck in an awkward position, with the shoulders far back and the head at a way where the collar is closer to his face than any other animations, and i just checked every other animation, doesn't clip with anything at all, even with jiggies going about
and it's not supposed to be taught to the face, it's supposed to be bound around the nose, with the rest hanging free, which is why it has jigglebones, to add a bit of life to it. The reason it's so straight in the pictures is that for some reason the jigglebones freeze at their default position when i hit print screen, causing the model to go to it's 'flat' modeled form

Just wondering, why is there a gap in the right arm of the spooky sleeves? Anyone know?
Also, the spooky feet don't seem to replace the scout's legs for me, they just both exist at the same time and clip a lot.

Yeah, Valve screwed up the bodygroups in this update. Coffin Kit removes the Pyro's oxygen tank when it shouldn't, and the Spooky Shoes don't remove the default feet when they should.

Nah, it's all good this way. I have next to no experience in making models so yeah maybe they weren't that great an idea, excuse my incompetence.
Looks nice. The knit texture of those thicker lines can be added in the texture, should be enough to make it look like the concept.
