I was thinking about making a Doomguy helmet for Soldier, has anyone else done that yet?

Can anyone help me with something quick? Its explained in that very video with annotations at 0:28 The explosions are from the PldX recording tool that has some extra settings that enhances things of TF2. Search for the tool and you'll find what you're looking for.

I don't really like it being paintable. You could use the painting for team colors and make the hood's inside a fixed color.

You could use the painting for team colors and make the hood's inside a fixed color.[/QUOTE] Not really it would be really hard for me to make it blend as well as i did if i were to do it with paint and there's more than one color that is team based, primaraly the coat and the shoulders/suspenders, plus the shadows are tinted red on the red medic but not on blu medic. And paint makes it more valuable, and it lest you pick the color you think works best for that area (I myself had trouble picking a standard one so i just went with a light gray)

Hi everyone! (Im new here) A friend recommended me this topic to post my hat so I can get feedback about it. The point was that you decided not to give it paintability when you submitted it, not that the paint isn't properly done on it.
