Like with the miniguns, I know that anything that spins is rigged to a certain vertex group on the mesh. If nothing is rigged there, it simply doesn't spin (Such is the case of the Tomislav). If my assumption is correct, it would be impossible to make the barrel spin without making an entirely new animation set to specify certain vertex groups, then modifying the medigun to have said vertex groups.

Also, just because there are a few "ugly" paints doesn't mean we should remove paintability. I like paint items with teamcolors. But yeah you will find someone who like to paint it lime. I like Pink as Hell, but only in a few items.

I don't think it's ready, the normals is still way too fine, and I think the collar could stand to be reworked also the default color seems too grey
