Good spot! Fixed, I shan't bother with the internals of the strap there, though. Unless people feel it needs it? Obviously it seems a bit thicker at the corners, but is it necessary to maintain that? I already have Scout as Makoto, although I could probably make an alternative, so you can choose to have Noel or Makoto.

How is it loaded? Muzzle or breech-end? If it is breech-end (how most guns work), it will need a hinge to open up, which means that tape wouldn't be needed. If it is muzzle-loaded, ignore that! :D On a regular pump-action shotgun, that cylinder you typically see underneath the barrel is actually the magazine that stores excess ammo. A pump of the handle moves and chambers one of the rounds. Your 'magazine' cylinder seems hollow and doesn't make sense without a charging handle or pump. If it is single-shot, it doesn't need anything below the barrel other than a receiver grip. The design just appears a bit confused to me, its not sure what it is? But similar to the FaN, the reload point is at the end of the light green barrel. The break-action part itself, for the gun to split open, is missing for now. And I added the tape as well as the small barrel just for looks. It wasn't as big as that earlier though.
Guys i'm having some trouble to install a soundpack that replaces the main menu musics, it's not working: I install but when i launch the game it still having the defaults one. Any ideas how to make this work?

I would turn down the tonemapscale on your camera in sfm (that is if you are using sfm). When in doubt of promo pics, look at the official stuff, and examine what they do to make it awesome.

I have some issues adding verts on the stock though.

In reality, hot water bottles don't expand or contract across their width, which is why I deliberately left it straight - so I'll see how it looks. It's not posed or positioned yet, so it'll have more personality attached once its in place :).
Here's an example using my horrible cockatoo mask. Open your base texture without the AO bake in your image editing program, and make the areas you want paintable in full white. You can have areas of detail on your paintable area, but keep in mind that any colours will be overlayed in the paint colour and generally look weird. So it's good practice to keep any additional details in grayscale. Base texture - feathers (paintable area) are white, with grayscale details (darker greys will make the painted colour darker): [IMG]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/19306897/paint0.png[/IMG] Now apply it to your model in your modelling program, and do an ambient occlusion bake. [IMG]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/19306897/paint2.png[/IMG] In this layer, make the non-paintable areas black, and the areas fully affected by paint white. [IMG]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/19306897/paint3.png[/IMG] Then export the texture as a DXT5 Format .vtf (you need this so the alpha channel is saved), and then put the lines posted before into your .vmt.
