I think it's a mere coincidence. You're both doing an item that is very commonly associated with christmas/winter, and you both realized that Soldier's buff banner animations makes it look like he's chugging a drink. However his design is still widely different from yours and obviously did not use the same references. Basically, I don't think your idea is unique enough that you should have reason to believe someone copied you. It's like calling someone a copy-cat because their stickman also has hair.

Tested it last night, I believe only 3 or 4 sounds weren't working
I think I have 182 sound files, and 110 (I deleted one that was only like 3 seconds long) are startup songs.
I've got some ui sounds, some weapons, and some for player impacts
I've also got random ones dotted about here and there for stuff like when you hover over a door when choosing a team
Not sure if any of you care but JPRAS is making mods for this set he made about a month back, should see them here today or so.
